Smita is a registered psychologist located in our Hornsby Psychology Clinic. Her clinical practice incorporates evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Group Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness–based interventions, and behavioural therapy techniques. She also has experience using relaxation-based strategies for managing anxiety and stress-related conditions.
