Smita is a registered psychologist located in our Hornsby Psychology Clinic. Her clinical practice incorporates evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Group Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulnessbased interventions, and behavioural therapy techniques. She also has experience using relaxation-based strategies for managing anxiety and stress-related conditions.

Smita works with a diverse range of clients, including childrenadolescents, and adults, presenting with various psychiatric conditions such as:
