When to get counselling

It is normal to feel anxious and depressed at times, and to feel like you are not coping. At the Parramatta Psychology Clinic we recommend that you access support if how you feel is impacting on important things in your life – like on your relationships with loved ones, your performance at work, your sleep etc. The best person to help you make this decision is your GP.
